Will pricing remain the same?

Your existing account pricing carries forward with your Mainline account. Your Mainline representative will be your point of contact for any pricing questions.

Who will be my new representative?

A Mainline UK territory rep will contact you following account activation to introduce themselves and take responsibility for your account.

How do I place orders going forward?

Orders for Hilco Vision products should be placed directly through Mainline Optical Connections. Your rep will walk you through the ordering process.

What if I already have a Mainline account?

If you're an existing Mainline customer, please indicate this on the registration form. Your accounts will be linked and consolidated.

Will backorders or outstanding shipments transfer?

Any open orders placed prior to the transition date will be fulfilled. Your Mainline rep will confirm the status of any outstanding items.

When does the transition take effect?

The transition is underway now. We encourage all UK customers to register as soon as possible so your Mainline account is active and your rep is in place.
